.NET Framework problem - no access to internet

My laptop connects to WLAN but the browser canÂ´t get access to internet.

Avast Virus Report:

C:\dotnetfx\dotnet.exe\[Embedded#000ee12]\msi.dll

Unable to scan: CAB archive is corrupted

Could this be the problem? How can I fix it? I have tried uninstalling and
reinstalling dotnet.exe files. I have also tried to install Winsockfix. Still
no access.
