Netperf has undergone some non-trivial changes for version
2.4.0. Among them are:
*) Use of a configure script after 12 years of open distribution of
source

(Be kind, this is my first use of autoconf et al
*) Migration to getaddrinfo() and subsequent merging of IPv6 tests
into the basic TCP and UDP tests.
*) Addition of initial SCTP tests.
*) Structural changes in the source to make CPU utilization method
additions easier. Automatic selection of CPU utilization method for
HP-UX, Linux and Solaris.
More can be found in the Release_Notes file that is a part of the
