Security should be your biggest concern. You will want to, at a minimum,
utilize all of the security features available on the platform you
choose; srtrong WEP encryption, MAC address filtering, etc.
This will protect you from all but the dedicated intruder.
That dedicated intruder will be able to penetrate those measures with
relative ease, so you must weigh the risk against the cost of a more
complete security solution (VPN, 902.1x, etc.). That's still probably
going to be cheaper than cabling an office.
