I need your help, Networking Question

What does Linux use as a Server Managment Utility? For Example Windows
Server 2003 uses as Microsoft Management Console and Group Policy Managment
Console and Novell Netware uses ManageWise. Please help.

I use bash and vi, personally. Some people like webmin. There are
others. Pick one you like.
