I have an office wired lan with 24 port hub connected to a 4 port
cayman router. I want to offer WiFi for guests to our facility.
However, I do NOT want them to have access to our lan. How can I do
this without compromising our network?

Easyway is to put all your "company" computers into one uniquely named
workgroup. Then when a guest comes in they will have access to the
router but nothing the "company" side of it.

Thank you. Will this workgroup show up on their system if they begin to
snoop? Will the workgroup be locked down? If so, what steps would you
reccommend?

John;

I would also recommend that you enable DHCP with an IP pool on a
different sub-net. That way they will NOT be able to "see" your
primary LAN.

get a wifi accesspoint with hotspot functionality, then users wil be
authenticated and you will have no piracy on your access point. Secondly,
have an acces point with IP tags and have all the IP's from the WLAN send
directly to the router. that way they really have no access to your LAN. the
other options are easily compromised.
