Need "wepcnvrt.exe" - ASCII>Hex Key Convertor

Hi,

I need the the file wepcnvrt.exe from Compaq. This is a file that will
convert an ASCII pass phrase to Hex.

Ive got the problem in which my Netgear router only accepts Hex keys and the
wireless configuration manager on my iPAQ for my Compaq WL110 only accepts
alphanumeric charachters. In this i mean the iPAQ software always converts a
Hex key back into a Alpha key.

Ive searched the compaq/hp site and the web anc cant seem to find it. It
would be appreciated if anyone could point me in the right direction in
obtaining this file.
