i found an article that states exactly the error message i
am getting, but the directions say this doesn't apply to
win ME!!??!!. I cannot find any info of how to do this for
ME. also i am working with a Compaq, when i ordered this,
they didn't include a separate disk for the Windows OS
just the license and booklet. so i am told they have the
whole OS on the Hard drive partioned away, so no one can
bother it. i'm assuming that this is where i will find the
source of the files. anyone know how to access these files?

Try c:\windows\options\cab

O

Do a search for *.ca

Then burn a cd of these files if possible.
