Hi,
The Base Station is independent of your computers.
Adding or changing operating systems on your computers won't have an effect
on your network.
The only thing you have to worry about is to make sure that your computer
will obtain an IP address.
With the built-in DHCP server on the base station this shouldn't be a
problem unless you disabled it. In a nut shell, installing Windows XP on
the computer won't ruin your current setup.
