Need proper registry settings for Browser (Computer Browser)

I'm working as a contractor in a small office, and they have a Windows2003
NAS device. I would like to set it so the NAS is the master browser, and all
the connecting computers in the workgroup are looking to it for name lookups
(has WINS server running on it as well). What are the registry settings I
would need on the server, and on the clients?

I can't browse the local computers. The current settings produce this when I
run a browstat status:
