Hi Folks--
I hope someone can point me in the right direction here. I work with a
small reseller who's just getting started as a WISP for hotels. So far
we have five locations and anticipate four more. We need to find a
company that will provide 24/7/365 "level one"-type tech support for
the hotel guests who may have trouble connecting. Call volume is not
expected to be very high. It's all just plain vanilla 802.11b; not
very hard to mess with from a technical standpoint, but we lack the
personnel to be able to do our own helpdesk & therefore need to
outsource it. We need something pronto!
