Spin,
will the two DCs become authoritative for your namespace? If so, you might
want to consider converting your zones to Active Directory integrated.
Also, note that you will need to modify DNS settings on both DCs.
In addition, keep in mind security implications of running DHCP on a domain
controller (use alternate credentials for DNS dynamic update registration).
You might want to also increase the value assigned conflict detection
attempts during DHCP migration...
