need info on OFDM WAN/MAN's

Hi.

What all would be required to setup a Wide Area/Metropolitan Area
Network using a wireless/OFDM solution. I am presently researching how
one can setup a WAN/MAN - in a 25 km radius (non line of sight
support). The idea is to be 'always' connected to the corporate
network at high-bandwidths 1 to 2Mbps(possibly allowing good quality
video conferencing )

Would appreciate advice (& product links)- thnxs in advance
