Since this is the RRAS server, it may register two A records in the DNS or NetBIOS name in the WINS. If this is the case, you may disable the RRAS interface to register the name on DNS or WINS. this link may help,

I have a windows server 2003 machine that is set up for routing and remote
access and as a dhcp server. everything works fine for 5 minutes or so then I
loose internet alltogether...can't access it from the server untill I disable
and re-enable the network connection. Then I have to restart the server to
get internet access on any of the workstations...It is very irritating
please help
