need help:networking

hi,
am new to networking and am trying to do a project on setting up a network.

i want the network to contain only one server and up to 50 monitors, where all information will be gotten from the server, where several people can assess information on the server from the monitors.

i think just like the ones used in banks. please i dont understand how to go about it
