Need help with Motorola WR850G router

Hello. I rent a game server for Medal of Honor. To monitor it, I use a
program called ServerWatch. There is a client program that allows select
players on my server to connect to my computer and use some of the functions
of ServerWatch. I also am testing an AntiCheat software.

These all require access to my computer from outside. I have a Motorola
WR850G router. I need to allow people from outside my network to connect to
ports 23203 (Serverwatch client) and 24203 (Anticheat).

Can anyone explain how to do this? I have disabled the internal firewall, as
I use Norton Firewall. I have enabled port access in Norton firewall.
