Need Help finding software to scan for Wireless Network

Apple computer has a utility for their computers that scans for any avalible
network.
Windows XP I'm told has a similar utility.
I need a utility for Windows 98 & Windows Me that will do the same thing.
I have seen Network Stumbler, but it does not support my wireless card and
it's still in beta.
Has anyone tried Cirond WiNc ?
Any help is appriciated.
