I am looking for a walkthrough to allow a host on one IP
net to see hosts on another IP net. Both nets are
private: 192.168.1.x and 192.168.2.x. The one host is
connected to 2.x to a server which has a second NIC that
has an IP address in the 1.x net, where all the other
hosts on the LAN are set up. Please point me to some
detailed instructions if you have any.

"see" as in Ping or "see" as in find it in Network Neighborhood? For
the former, set the gateway address of each client to the NIC address
of the server for the same network. For the latter, install WINS or
use LMHosts to provide NetBIOS name resolution. You don't specify any
operating systems so detailed instructions would be a tossup.

Thanks for the info, Jeff. I am trying to see the clients
in Network Neighborhood to access shares and other
resources. The server is 2003; clients are XP, 2000, and
98. WINS is already installed on the server; any tips on
configuring would be appreciated. I have not created any
LMHosts files, and hints there also welcomed.
