Need help configuring linksys router with wowway

Hi. I have been trying like mad with no luck to get my linksys wireless
router to work with my wide open west connection. i hope someone can
help since their tech people seem to be just about useless.

How do i find the hot name to put into the linksys setup? the domain
name i assume is 'WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone - Illinois | Indiana |
Michigan | Ohio' (http://www.wowway.com). but how do i find the host
name? and once i put those in it should work?
