Anybody found anything that extends the wireless range of
the Microsoft Wireless Base Station (MN-500)? The
Antenna doesn't even unscrew!

Hi,

Unfortunately Microsoft doesn't have any external range extender or repeater
product.

You can run an ethernet cable to an additional base station or access point
to extend the range of the wireless network.

The range is the same as approved by the FCC for all wireless devices. If
you need more coverage area and don't mind running some Ethernet cable, you
can use another MN-500 in access mode wired to the present router.
Otherwise, you would need to look into a real access point from a different
company.
