Is necessary run the internet configuration wizzard?

I recent instaled a Windows 2008 Server SBS, and I can't configure the
email's pop3 send and receive in my Outloook, in somewhere I see that is
necessary to configurate the Internet, but this Server have Internet via my
ADSL and Router, and I don't want that this server give me DHCP, I want that
the Router give me the DHCP.

I have other Windows 2008 Server Standard and I have not problems with this,
and the email's send and receive fine. But I need to change this server.

Hi - please post SBS questions in microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs - and
yes, you must always use the SBS wizards or you're guaranteed that something
will fail somewhere. And your server should be the one serving DHCP if you
want your dynamic updates to work properly.
