Hi
Routers usually do not indicate the quality of the connection to the
Internet.
So let me guess, you are using a Wireless Router and the Wireless connection
indicates excellent signal.
There could few scenarios.
1. You are not even connoted to the Internet.
2. You do not have a Local Wireless connection.
3. Various combinations of the above.
First make sure that you have a Wireless connection from the Wireless
computer to the
Wireless Router. The capacity to be able to log to the Menus system of the
Router would indicate that you have a connection to the Router.

If you established a connection to the Router, and still do not have
Internet capacity it is probably an authentication (Id and Password)
