NDO Order Status...

Hi all,

Just checked the Order Status again and got this...

"Order accepted by NDO - Awaiting BT Routing.

Order accepted and placed with BT - Delay due to BT Engineers having to
complete routing."

What does this mean and how long will does this normal take?
