I had the setup working before I reformatted the HD. After I
reinstalled SuSE 9.1, I installed v. 0.8 of ndiswrapper.

After installing ndiswrapper, and configuring the Belkin XP driver
from the CD-R that came with the card,
ndiswrapper -l reported showed the driver as present.

I then went into YaST again and under network card, I configured a new
setting for a wireless card. I selected "ndiswrapper" as the module
name, my network name as the ESSID, and left everything else in their
default settings.

Then I typed modprobe ndiswrapper and then dmesg. I got the following
at the end:

ndiswrapper version 0.6+CVS loaded
ndiswrapper adding bel6001p.sys
PCI: Found IRQ 11 for device 00002:0a:0
ndiswrapper: Device is serialized. This will not work!
wlan0: ndiswrapper ethernet device 00:30:bd:e1:0b:d1
using driver bel6001p.sys

When I reboot and watch the screen during startup, it notes that wlan0
failed.

I didn't have the "Device is serialized" issue before.

I believe I did 99% of what I did before when it worked. But, it
seems I am missing something. Can someone point me in the right
direction?

Thanks.
