I have a Linksys 54g card/router which I am trying to get to work in
Linux. I downloaded ndiswrapper. When I tried to install it as su:

#make install

This is what I got:

make[1]: Entering directory
'lib/windrivers/ndiswrapper-0.8-rc2/driver'
make -C /lib/modules/2.6.3-7mdk/build
SUBDIRS=lib/windrivers/ndiswrapper-0.8-rc2/driver DRV_VERSION=0.8-rc2
modules
make: *** /lib/modules/2.6.3-7mdk/build: No such file or directory
STOP
make: Entering an unknown directorymake: Leaving an unknown
directorymake[1]: ***[default] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory:
'lib/windrivers/ndiswrapper-0.8-rc2/driver'
make: ***[install] Error 2

If I manually mkdir the build directory, I get slightly different
errors.

Please help. Thanks.

Check June 4, 2004 MandrakeUsers.org for a complete set of instructions
for the same card.

You need to install the kernel source code. The build directory should
be a symbolic link to the location of the source code.
