ndis set in .net c++

hi, i am developing a program with ndis (ndisuio.h) in visual c++. I want to
set some of my wireless card parameters thru NDIS (for instance the
infrasturemode) is it possible? how? I have found some code where they use
NDISUIO_SET_OID but, i think, this only work in windows ce, aplications, no?
I want to use it from windows xp.
