NDIS Initialization error

Dear all,
I am trying to install Win98 ( First edition )arabic
enabled on a Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz machine with 865 Chipset
and 1 GB DDR Ram, i am getting the " Error Initializing
NDIS " error message, which has been referred in KB
312108.

"312108) - When you are installing Windows 95 or Windows
98 on a computer that has a CPU that runs at 2.2
gigahertz (GHz) or faster, you may receive the following
error message: While initializing device NDIS: Windows
protection error"


Would highly appreciate if any one can let me know the
solution for this, some old softwares required Win98 .
