Navigation when connected to VPN

Hi there,

We are running SBS 2003, and we have set up a VPN for the users to connect
from WAN to our LAN. The problem we have is that as soon as the VPN
connection is established, when they try to surf the internet or, for
instance, connect to msn messenger, they do it through the vpn network
adapter instead of their local LAN connection. I have made a "tracert
www.example.com" on one of those computers when the VPN connection is
established and the first jump goes to the VPN gategay, instead of going to
their LAN gateway.

Is there a way to configure the client computer so they can use the VPN to
access our LAN resources, but still access the internet through his local LAN
connection instead of using the VPN connection.

On the VPN client :
Properties -> Networking -> Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties ->
Advanced -> Use default gateway on remote network (remove hook).
