natsemi .. FC3 not working

Hi

Has anyone had any problems running the natsemi (1.07vLK) NIC module on FC3
(2.6-10 kernel) ... i've got a FA-311 pci NIC ... worked fine on FC2, but
the two no longer seem to get along. I've got the inteface up and running
.... and the card is able send ARP packets ... but won't pick up the replies
from the router .. (won't show up on tcpdump either) .. i've also noted the
ifconfig eth0 show's a few dropped packets... Note: it's not a NIC problem
... the card works fine, when i switch to XP .. Any ideas? ..... i was
thinking of just installing one of the FC2 kernel rpms ... and running off
that instead ... not bothered about the version ... but hey ... i would like
to get it to work as well ...
