NAT slowness

Hello, and thanks for your assistance in advance. I am running a windows
2000 server using NAT. There are two multi-port network cards. 2 ports
connected to the inside, two to the outside. Everything seems to be working
fine, but the internet connection seems quite a bit slow to client PC's. The
connection on the server itself has much better speed then the clients.

Any suggestions?
