Hi,

probably someone posted this question before. But I couldn't find the
answer.

I want to use an old pc as fileserver.
Is the a distribution which installs non graphically. I want to give the NIC
an IP address and mount the harddisk. That's all. Then I want to manage the
server through a web browser. security is not an issue.

So does anyone know what to use ?

Web browser? For heaven's sake, NAS is just a file server. So, what's
wrong with Telnet?
