Naming information cannot be located: The network path .. WS2K3 AD

Dear sir,
When I try to connect to my Active Directory on a Windows Server 2003 domain
controller,
it gives me this error:

"Naming information cannot be located because: The network path was not
found."

and it doesn't let me to see users and computers in AD, if I restart the
server it starts
working for a while(a few hours to a few days... I'm not sure) then again it
doesn't work
and I have to restart it again restarting the server is the only way to make
AD work, if
I just restart DNS service it doesn't help. any idea?

Next time this happens go into Services Control Panel and see what service
is stopped. Check the event logs too around the time that this happens.
