my wireless doesn't work

Hi...I've been trying to set up my wireless internet connection,
however, it is not working.
When i check the status, it said i was connected, however, my
internet was not...I dont know what is wrong. can someone please
help me...I dont know anything about computers so i really
can't understand what other people are telling me to do.....

Without knowing anything at all of the equipment you are using,
its would be a lost cause trying to help you at this point. Call
teh tech support number that came with your wireless stuff.
