My wireless card stopped working

After I did a System Restore (where the restore point should NOT have
affected wireless networking), my wireless connection fails to connect to
known good wireless networks. Nothing I do, no setting I change, remedies
this. Not sure if the System Restore was a factor, but I noticed the failure
shortly thereafter.

It continues to say Wireless Network Unavailable, even in the range of known
good network access points. Including ones with Security passwords and those
without.

Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the wireless card driver, no help.

I'm 99+% sure this is not a hardware problem.

Any suggestions as how to troubleshoot and fix will be appreciated, the more
detailed steps the better. Thanks.
