My web server is no longer working outsconnected home network. I tried
pinging the URL and I get a response back from an IP that is not my own
(63.251.161.33) When I look up the information I find it is coming from:
redirectf.dnsix.com.

Is comcast cracking down on webservers connected to their network or am I
being hijacked? What else might be happening? Thanks.

Do you have a static ip? Your IP could just have changed and the tables
take a while to be updated (up to a week). You should not ever run a
server of anything from a dynamic IP address.
DOes your ISP allow you running a home server? If not they could be
messing things up.
More information would help get you a better answer.

I run a personal family web server with a genealogy program on a DHCP
address. I use no-ip.com as my dynamic service. Always works for me.
no-ip.com handles all the IP changes.

I second that. I do that exact same thing with no-ip.com and it really does
work nicely.
