My local exchange - better than I thought

For a larf I did a check via Pipex and noticed that I can
get 2MB connection at my local exchange. When I was
getting ADSL I decided to go for Tiscali as I have been
with them for ages on Anytime. I get great results and I
have no reason to complain, I wonder if Tiscali will offer
a 1 or 2MB service.

I would think again before signing up with Tiscali. Check the forums at
ADSLGUIDE for comments from their users!

I would be careful of signing up with Tiscali. I was a customer of
theirs as a dial-up account. It took over one year to close the
account and to stop them billing my credit card, even when I had
recieved a letter from them apologising and promising never to do such
a thing again, they charged me again the following month. As I said,
one year this stupidity ran on.
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
