setup windows server 2003.
clients: windows XP

problem:
i have redirected all users my documents to the server on the LAN.

the problem is that when clients are connected via VPN the my documents
folder being accessed is on the sever. This causes lengthy delays when
opening even small word files. How can i disable the my documents re
direction for this one client computer and still be able to synchronise the
files?
