Personally, I wouldn't let users share anything on their workstations. If
data needs to be shared, put it in a group shared drive. If it needs to be
shared between just a few, set up a share with appropriate permissions and
have them put it there. Don't give users local admin rights, or your support
tasks are gonna be difficult.
