My Docs Sharing

We use SBS 2003 and XP clients and make use of My Documents Folder
redirection.
A problem I have is that some users would like to share certain
folders within My Documents. It seems that when My Documents is
redirected the sharing options for the
My Documents Folder and its subfolders are not available.
Is it possible to share folder(s) within My Documents as with any
other folder ?

Personally, I wouldn't let users share anything on their workstations. If
data needs to be shared, put it in a group shared drive. If it needs to be
shared between just a few, set up a share with appropriate permissions and
have them put it there. Don't give users local admin rights, or your support
tasks are gonna be difficult.
