Might be a good idea to supply a bit more information before someone can
help you. What operating system are you running, which version USB and is
it part of the motherboard or an add-on device? Are the drivers updated?
What error messages are you seeing? If you're on Windows XP, have you
looked in Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Event viewer/Application to see
if there are errors reported? Have you checked in Device Manager to see if
the USB device is running properly?
