My Access point is broken ???

When I connect my access point in my computer .
And I reboot my computer . and try to Logon but. My computer was hung
and display "applying computer settings" I have to unpluged my access
point to solve this problem . I don't sure My Access point is broken???

Press the reset button to return your AP to factory settings.
