My 3com OfficeConnect Remote 812 ADSL Router is having a problem

My 3com OfficeConnect Remote 812 ADSL Router is having a problem:

Hi all, about two weeks ago lightning git my phone line and i can not
connect to the internet anymore. The router functionality it fine, the
problem is simply that the little relay right under the phone line
jack blew up. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what type of
relay is it, (part no, availability, etc) so that i can replace it
(I'm VERY good at that kind of stuff). I cant get the part number or
type, since the plastic casing has blown off and i cant find it.
Otherwise, the router works fine.
