Recently I set up WinXP Pro at my office with a wireless network. The
computer has 4 users, but I only set up one of them with the WEP key to
access the network. This was not by design, its just because there was only
one user in the office. I expected the other three users to call me about
how to set up the WEP keys, but they did not.
Yesterday I saw two of the others at a party. I asked them if they needed
to get on the network from their user IDs. Both of them said they got on no
problem.
If all the users in XP have Administrator privilege does the connection and
WEP key carry over to all the other users?

I think that WEP in some way is bound to the wireless NIC, which is common
to any User Account that is active on the XP O/S. So any user logging onto
the computer is going to be protected by WEP on the wireless network
connection.
