When i reboot the computer. I do not get the option to
login. So I can not see the network. I can get the DSL
internet from the network but can't see users. If I tell
it to log off and then log back on, I see all. Have tried
reinstalling on top of self, SFC and SCANREG /fix but no
help. Even removed all networking and reinstall it. Same
problem. Any help?

This is a common problem in Windows 95/98/Me. It can happen even when
you've done everything right. The most likely fix is to run the
registry editor, open this registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\
Network\Real Mode Net

and delete the value named "AutoLogon". This web site explains how to
do it:
