Multiple WAN Interfaces on a ISA 2004 Server

Is it possible to configure 2 WAN Interfaces on a 2004 ISA Server? One would
be a DSL static IP the other a Cable modem with a dynanmic IP. I would like
to load balance traffic between the two with a fail over if one should go
down. Thanks for any help you can provide.

No. Not on its own. It requires thirdparty software like RainConnect
($$$$$). See the "Partners link in my signature. Look for Rainfinity.
