Multiple problems accessing and printing from print server

Hi,
I am not really sure where to begin with this, we have 2 servers one is
the dhcp/dns/AD server the other is just a print server.

We only have about 14 printers all HP on the printer server and about
20 users. Most people can print no problem but there are about 3 who
send jobs that never seem to come through. If I restart the spooler
they will usually come out but then nothing more will come through. If
I try and send a test page from the server it usually prints right
away. Eventually these users will not even be able to connect to the
print server and a reboot of the server is the only way to get access
back.

Even when they can't connect to the printer they can still ping the
server without any problem.

If it makes a difference both are Windows 2003 SP 2 R2 but the domain
controller is x64 and the print server is the usual 32 bit.

I thought maybe it was the dns but I don't see errors in the log and
most users are not having problems.

Where should I look to resolve this?
