Ping will use the card that is on the network you are pinging.
Or the default route for a network that isn't defined.
If you are trying to put 3 cards on the same network, then it is usualy
the first card used, but that isn't garenteed as it isn't supported, you
only use one network card per network, or you are useing loadbalancing.
You tell the system with network routes that you set up for each card.
