Yes you can. Only one registers in DNS, and only one has a gateway. If they
are all IIS it works fine. If they also use Apache etc then you need to
configure IIS only to listen on specified IP's.
You may not even need to do this though. You can use Host Headers on one IP
to serve multiple sites,
