Multiple Network Issue

I have a laptop that I use at work. I also go to collage. When I log into
the system at school - everything works fine, but when I return to my
office, I am unable to see other computers on our network anymore, although
I am able to hit the internet, so I am getting an IP. My workgroup has not
changed, and I have done my best to see if any other settings or protocols
have changed, and cannot find any. I can restore it back a day and it works
fine, but obviously I don't want to have that happen all the time.

Any ideas what might be causing this?
