Yes it is,...at least one of the problems.
1. Ditch the Superscope,..that is not what they are for. Use a separate
distince Scope for each subnet.
2. The Nic on the DHCP should be in only *one* subnet. It doesn't matter
which one, just pick one.
3. Use a LAN Router to router on the LAN between the VLANs. The Router must
be configured to forward the DHCP Queries. Depending on the model of router
it would either forward the DHCP Queries to the subnet where the DHCP
"lives" or it would forward the Queries directly to the DHCP Server(s). Some
Routers you can choose between those options. The Router includes
information in the "forwarded" packet so that the DHCP knows which Scope to
grab the address from.
This is what we use here that consists of two redundant DHCP Servers, about
6 VLANs, and one VPN/WAN link.
