Multiple DHCPREQUEST

Hi all,

Not sure if this is the best newsgroup for this query, but here
goes...

I have a network with Macs, PCs, Unix work stations and when I restart
the DHCP server, these two lines seem to repeat forever:

DHCPREQUEST for <ip-address> from <mac-address> via fxp1
DHCPACK on <ip-address> to <mac-address> via fxp1

The client machine is a Mac (10.2.6) which has a normal ethernet card
as well as a wireless airport card, and it's the MAC address for the
airport card which is repeated in the dhcp log above. This client
machine also has some very mysterious networking problems, e.g. cannot
connect via Samba, whilst others can.

Does anyone have a clue what may be wrong? There are no problems with
any other machines, incl. other Macs with airport cards. Is the
problem on the dhcp server side?

Please advice,
Thanks

RB
