I have got a Windows 2000 advanced server that is the DC for the domain. Is
it possible to use two NIC's to seperate the traffic between one OU and the
rest of the domain? I have a network which consists of a call centre and
other business users. I want to be able to put the call centre on a
different subnet than the rest of the company but still have them
authenticate to the dc. Ultimately, this will then allow me to introduce QOS
on the switches. I cannot set up a different domain as both lots of users
require to access the same application server, but for different parts of the
same application.

You *can* multihome a DC. However, that doesn't mean you *should.* It's
really not recommended and can cause myriad problems.

Get a switch that can do VLANs, or get a router to separate the networks -
and if I were you, and planned to have the call center network in the same
domain, I'd stick a DC in that subnet too. A cheap and cheerful box that
acts as DC, GC, DNS, and WINS partner for the domain.
